Why is fitness important?

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

I know , I know.

Is something wrong with my discharge? So, when I masturbate, white discharge comes from my vagina, but it's not stretchy, it's pasty. It doesn't smell and I'm not itchy, so I'm sure it's not a yeast infection. Why is it pasty though?

I’m back after a long hiatus.

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.
